SHOTS FIRED ON FAMILY HOME

– Police are investigating an early morning shooting after bullets were fired into a family home in Melbourne’s south-east.
None of the five family members were injured when bullets shot out their front lounge window on the Daly Street house in Oakleigh East at 3.15am yesterday.
But police were stunned by the apparently random attack and were appealing for witnesses.
Monash CIU detective Frank Vandoeselaar said authorities did not know if the shooter was in a car or on foot and denied the shooting were gang-related – Herald Sun
