BURGLARY ON HOME OF OVERSEAS STUDENTS

– The Northcote home of some young overseas students has even robbed of $5000 worth of computers, cameras, cash, passports and credit cards. The thieves broke into the Latham Street house between midday and 5pm on Thursday, March 7th. The students were not home at the time, said Detective Senior Constable Megan Briggs of Darebin CIU. Police have drawn attention to the burglary because the students were not well off and the computers contained valuable study materials, said Detective Briggs – Stephen Cauchi
