PULP FICTION CHEVY FOUND – Sunday April 28 2013

– The classic Chevrolet convertible featured in the acclaimed movie ‘Pulp Fiction’ has been found 19 years after it was stolen.
The 1964 Chevrolet Malibu, owned by the movie’s director Quentin Tarantino, was recovered in the San Francisco Bay Area last week.
John Travolta’s character drove the cherry red car in the movie.
Sheriff’s Department Sergeant Albert Anolin said an investigation into an old Malibu in the rural city of Victorville on April 18th led detectives to another classic Malibu in the Oakland area.
They then confirmed the second vehicle belonged to Tarantino and was reportedly stolen in 1994, shortly after the film was completed.
The car’s current driver was not involved in its theft. Tarantino was unavailable for comment – Herald Sun
