– A young man has been charged after a 70-year-old Longwarry man died in a car crash last month.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives charged 23-year-old Hayden Ball, from Cranbourne, following the fatal collision on July 26 in Tynong.
Police charged Mr Ball with culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death, disqualified driving and drink driving.
He faced Melbourne Magistrates Court yesterday and was bailed to reappear at the same court on November 15th – Herald Sun
