Police Appeal For Witnesses After Longwarry North Hit-Run

Warragul police are appealing for public assistance following a hit-run in Longwarry North yesterday.

Investigators have been told a white Toyota Hilux utility was travelling east on the Princes Freeway, about 500 metres west of Sand Road when it was hit from behind by a large truck about 5.50am.

The Toyota has then run off the road and rolled before coming to a stop.

The truck, possibly a semi-trailer, did not stop at the scene.

No one was injured in the incident.
